SUMMARY
The iussue is dedicated to mental anorexia and bulimia nervosa, two
syndromes quite distinct, whic often may be faund united in the same
subject (A.Vigliotti).
The psychogeneis of these morbid form is not simple and the clinical
cases presented from several authors, point out the relationship between
parent figures(G.Reali), identity (C.Arimondi), body (E.Bonistalli), or
with the need of autodestruction (P.L.Bellini), and the depression (A.Manfredi).
The etiopathogenesis is often multiple, even tough during the
adolescence the form express themselves in well defined games and roles
(A.Fiore) of wich a confirmation could be faund in the specialized
literature.
Mrs Fabbri individualizes in anorexia particulary the sign of a symbol
in a conflictual relationship between food and mother.
This perhaps make us find in the examination of the writing the
